The majority of our parcels are despatched by DHL. We use other carriers including Parcel Force, Royal Mail, and pallet carriers.

When we despatch your parcel, as long as you have provided a valid e-mail address, we will e-mail you the invoice including the carrier and consignment number.

Parcels despatched by DHL and Parcel Force can be tracked on-line.

For DHL go to www.dhl.co.uk.
- Under the heading Track your Shipments, click on UK Domestic NextDay.
- Click on search By Ident Code.
- Enter your consignment number in the From Ident Code and click Submit.

For Parcel Force go to www.parcelforce.com.
- Under Track your parcel, enter the consignment and click on Track.

Other carriers can be contacted by the telephone number supplied on the invoice.

UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands)

All goods despatched on a 24 hour service.

Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) = Carriage FREE
Orders under £50 (excluding VAT) = £6 carriage charge

Our standard carriage charge for furniture items and bulky raw materials is £6.00 for the first parcel and £4.50 for subsequent parcels.

Saturday delivery = £12.00 extra

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly

The Scottish Highlands include the following postcodes: PH19-44, IV, KW, PA20-88,
KA27-29, HS and ZE.

All goods despatched on a 48 hour service.

Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) = Carriage FREE
Orders under £50 (excluding VAT) = £6 carriage charge

In addition to the above conditions there is an additional "Regional Surcharge" of £6 per parcel. This may be wavered depending upon the order value.

European Union, Republic of Ireland  and the Channel Islands

Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg (20kg)
£12 per parcel  (up to 30kg per parcel)

France and Germany
£14 per parcel (up to 30kg per parcel)

Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland
£22 per parcel (up to 30kg per parcel)

Offshore Spanish Islands These is an additional surcharge of £12

Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway
£25 per parcel (up to 30kg per parcel)

Czech Repub., Hungary and Poland
£27 per parcel (up to 30kg per parcel)

Other EU Countries
