Dropshipping is great for those of you want to sell on-line but do not want to carry stock.

Basically, how it works is you sell items from your ebay site of your own web site. You get the sale and inform us to send the item to your customer.

We will dropship anything on our web site from low value to high value items.

Our web site is designed to sell to traders and not for dropshipping so our shopping cart automatically calculates £6 carriage for orders below £50.

So here is how it works !

There is NO need to pre-register and there is NO set up fee !

1. What do you want to sell

Firstly select the items you want to sell, then e-mail us in a spreadsheet, the stock code of the item and a brief description.

We will e-mail you back the dropship carriage rates for each item.

Now you are ready to sell on your web site.

You have permission from us to use any of the pictures on this web site for your own site.

2. Getting an Order

Once you have got an order from your site, you order from us in the usual way from our web site, but putting your customers name and address in the shipping details section.

In the Additional Information section, tell us this is a Dropship Order.

We despatch the item with a Despatch Note as if it is coming from you; it will have your name and address on it. There is no reference to us on the Despatch Note neither are there any prices, a description of the item and the quantity. If you wish you can e-mail us your own despatch note or invoice which we will use instead.

We will use either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Home Delivery Network depending upon the weight and urgency of the item.

When despatching by Parcel Force or Home Delivery Network, the label has our company name on it, which is unavoidable.

It is up to you to send your customer an invoice.

3. How to Pay

You can either pay by Debit or Credit card or Paypal.

If paying by Debit or Credit card will only take out the money for our invoice value after we have reduced the carriage.

If you pay by Paypal, we will refund you the difference in the carriage.

When paying by Paypal, our preferred method is as follows:

      When you order, select the Other Payment option, adding in the Additional Information section that you want a Paypal Invoice.

      We will then send you  Paypal Money Request with the reduced carriage rates.

      This method works better for most since it avoids the need for processing refunds.

4. Items Low in Stock

Many items will eventually run out of stock, and we may not be renewing them. Most of the Incense, Fragrance Oils and Potpourri are continuous items, since we regularly import them or manufacture them.

If you wish, we can e-mail you on a regular basis a stock report showing our stock levels, and you can decide whether or not to run the item.

Another way is to purchase a certain quantity of items from us, and we will hold them in stock for you here at our warehouse. Once paid for the stock will be your property. However, once purchased we cannot take the stock back from you, since we may have been able to sell it to someone else. We may agree to take it back if we hold large stocks of a particular item, thus holding it for you would not have affected our sales.

5. Customer Returns or Complaints

We will replace any item, Free of Charge, if it is found to be faulty. Depending upon the value of the item, we may not ask for it to be returned, but for higher value items, we would require to be returned to us before replacing. This we would organise ourselves, unless you wished to do this yourself.
